Wiki methodology needs to be applied to a site sponsored by your foundation (wikibill.com) for the development of new prospective legislation.(Bills)
Any person who has an idea for a new bill can initiate the prospective bill and the community can work on developing the idea to maturity through the wiki method. Once developed to maturity the bill can then be promoted by the community through the regular political discourse.
This would encourage a more participatory Democracy on the part of the citizens. It would also open up the bottleneck that prevents rise and initiation of great ideas in Government.
