Steps

Only step: Go to Special:GlobalGroupPermissions. Does this look okay?

Check Steward requests/Global permissions/Approved temporary. Are there rights there that haven't been removed but should have been?
Are they inactive?
- Abuse filter maintainer - 6 months no global edits
- Global bots - Bot policy#Removal of global bot status (1 year but must notify)
- Global rollback - 2 years no global edits
- Global sysops - no GS action in the last 6 months
- Global renamers (technically a Meta group but has global access) - no rename in 1 year - check Global renamers/Stats
- WMF staff/sysadmins - removed upon conclusion of employment, this is generally indicated on the userpage.
- Stewards - no actions within last 6 months, less than 10 in last year

Dexbot (exists locally, global bot)
- Query crashed but has made edits this week.
EmausBot (exists locally, global bot)
- Query crashed but has made edits this week.
InternetArchiveBot (exists locally, global bot)

- Only edit within last year is on eswiki 2021-06-30 16:24, not global bot approved - thus is inactive, left notes [3][4]
