Steering Committee Formation: Set-up the steering committee based on diversity, expertise, and commitment to gender equity.
Community Adoption: Seek community endorsement and adoption of the Wiki Women* Task Force's declaration.

November 2024 (1-10): Review of nominees and selection criteria/matrix finalization
November 2024 (11-20): Nominees Evaluation
November 2024 (21-30): Reopening of nominations to fulfill regional representation and DEI
December 2024 (1-15): Nominations window
January 2025 : Wiki Women Advisory Council review of submitted nominations using shared scoring matrix .
March 2025: WikiWomen* Advisory Council wrap up and Official announcement of inaugural task force members
April 2025: WikiWomen* Task Force begins its mandate
