Wiki Loves Monuments 2017 Challenge

What is this?: It´s a writing challenge focused on monuments. Thanks to Wiki Loves Monuments, we have a huge archive of images of monuments around the world but not always exist an article about them, so we expect you to create articles and use the images in them. The challenge is organized by Wikimedia Venezuela, Wikimedia España and Wikimedistas de Perú.
How?: The challenge is based on a KISS point system: You get points while writing or translating articles to any language. The goal for each participant is to win as many points as possible. The scoring rules are as follows:
+1 point for each +1,000 bytes of added content in any language.
+2 point for each new Wikidata item created.
+3 points for each new article in any language (included translations).
Who?: Everybody can participate on translating and writing articles. Any Wikipedian with a named account (on any wiki) can participate. To participate you just need to sign up on the Participants section.
If you are a new editor of Wikipedia, first of all, Welcome! We suggest that you take a look at Wikipedia:Translation and the Introduction. That will make it easier to get going! When you start writing, the Manual of Style might be of help. All these pages are available in many languages.
