Wiki Club Minalabac (official name: Alliance for Open Education Collaboration Inc.) is professional club of educators and individuals supporting the promotion of open educational resources in the academe and beyond. It was founded on February 9, 2024 at Minalabac, Camarines Sur after an outreach activity of PhilWiki Community during the 5-day In-service Training of Teachers in DepEd Minalabac District and as a result of past activities involving faculty members as early as 2015.

The PhilWiki Community's first activities in its initial period of recognition included an offline Wikipedia dvd distribution at Minalabac Central School in DepEd Minalabac District on 4 December 2015. A total of twenty-five (25) dvd copies were distributed to 25 public elementary schools in Minalabac, Camarines Sur during a district conference attended by school principals. The public schools district office also received a copy of the offline Wikipedia.

During the pandemic, PhilWiki Community distributed copies of Reading Wikipedia in the Classroom Teacher's Guide to Allan B. Fabay, Elementary School Principal I of Manapao Elementary School. In partnership with Kintab Artists Group, the Community also conducted Wiki Loves Art mural painting in the said school as part of the #Wikipedia20 global celebration in 2021.

During the school-based In-service Training held on 2 February 2022 at DepEd Minalabac District, Irvin Sto. Tomas introduced Reading Wikipedia in the Classroom. It was attended by more the 30 primary school teachers. In the past, the Education Team of Wikimedia Foundation conducted the pilot project Reading Wikipedia in the Classroom with the help of PhilWiki Community and two other affiliates in Morocco, and Bolivia. Different indicators of the education system have been studied for these countries, information on the country’s school system, teacher qualifications, curriculum, and media and information literacy.

Teachers from Minalabac participated at the Bikol WikiConference 2023 organized by Bikol Wikipedia Community held from 4-6 August 2023 at Raul S. Roco Library and New Crown Hotel in Naga City. From 18-20 December, representatives from Minalabac District attended the 3-day WikiCommons PH Conference 2023, a national conference of contributors on Wikimedia Commons, held at Avenue Plaza Hotel, Magsaysay Avenue in Naga City.
