This is a presentation I made to Wikimania and the WikiConvention Francophone and I think it would be beneficial for emerging or existing communities in a context in Africa where the problems of engagement, motivation and retention members come regularly.

This is a presentation (an experience to share) that I made to Wikimania and the WikiConvention Francophone and I think it would be beneficial for emerging or existing communities in an African context where engagement issues , motivation and retention of members arise regularly.

What will attendees take away from this session?

It will be a question of sharing some solutions, actions to be taken for the commitment and the motivation of the members. We can also talk about the difficulties encountered. Other participants will also be able to share their experiences.
