| Abstract:
The ContentTranslation is a tool that allows editors to translate an article from one language to another with the help of machine translation and other translation aids. Section translation is an expansion of the current Content Translation capabilities. Section translation enables users to expand existing Wikipedia articles by translating new sections. In addition, Section Translation is designed to work on mobile devices (in addition to desktop) using a modernized front-end architecture. In this way, users will have new opportunities to translate that were not possible with Content Translation before. In this workshop, we will be looking at how to use the tool and how to translate articles in Wikipedia using these tools. |
