he WikiConvention is an international event that aims to bring together Wikimedia project staff from all over the French-speaking world for a weekend in order to promote cooperation between the movement's various actors. The WikiConvention is in its fourth edition for French-speaking countries, as it may have been in other languages such as Spanish, German or Dutch (list on WikiCon). This year the WikiConvention is coming to Brussels after three editions in France.
Objectives of the Wikiconvention francophone:
Organising a community event for the community
Encouragement of participation and special attention to the diversity of the participants
The event must make it possible to share knowledge, debate, identify needs, etc. The event must also make it possible to identify needs.
