Outcome

[edit]
Bengali Wikipedia Internal Community Meetup, on the Second day of the Event. (sixth from right) Photography Courtesy: Hasive.
Option 1: Shared Experience: What is one way you shared something from your experience with your community (either locally or globally), after the event?
Add a link here to a blog post or newsletter you wrote about your participation afterwards, or to a meet-up you organized to share your experience with your local community.
As I learnt many useful things both related to editing practices and tech-related aspects; I decided to host a Training Workshop for my Home Wiki community. I intended to share the best editing practices and other inputs that I gained from that program among contributors in Bengali wikimedians and with anybody else who were enthusiastic on learning them. I invited a handful of new people who were in touch with me over Internet; who were interested to contribute and volunteer for Bengali Wikipedia to the programme. Some of them committed to writing new articles, editing, adding images and contributing in ways that suited them and I am really elated to observe that they are now actively engaging in improving Bengali Wikipedia. Here's the Event page of my event and here is the event page of another similar event in which I took part.
Option 2: Learning Pattern: What is one useful learning pattern you can share with the Wikimedia movement?
Add a link to a learning pattern- either a new pattern you created with insights from your participation, or an existing pattern to which you added your endorsement and some significant new "considerations" or “examples” from your experience.
Grants:Learning patterns/Using 'Share a fact' to engage social media followers of small Wikipedias
Grants:Learning patterns/Plan a Wiki expedition
Option 3: New Creation: What was one useful outcome that was created at the event for the Wikimedia movement?
Add a link to something new that was created as a result of your participation in this event (for example, you might link to a new tool that you and your co-participants worked on at the Hackathon, or to pages created in a workshop you participated in).
