  • State of Wikiprojects of India (1 to 2 minute for each community) -- 1000 to 1045
  • Coffee break - 1045 to 1100
  • Sessions -- 1100 to 1245
  • Lunch 1245 to 1345
  • Sessions -- 1345 to 1615
  • Tea -- 1615 to 1630 (Public Entry Opens)
  • External Speakers - 1630 - 1800
  • Party -- 1900 to 2230

Day Two - 19 November 2011 (Saturday)

• • Sessions -- 0915 to 1245
  • Lunch 1245 to 1345
  • Sessions -- 1345 to 1645
  • Tea -- 1645 to 1700 (Public Entry Opens)
  • Keynote address by Jimmy Wales 1730-1800
  • Sponsor Party (Extremely select invitations) 1900 onwards

Day Three - 20 November 2011 (Sunday)

• • Sessions -- 9000 to 1200 (including Chapter timeslot)
  • Closing Address 1200 to 1300
  • Lunch 1300 to 1345
