- @Atudu:, thank you for placing your request and for your interest to organize the Wiki Loves Food competition again this year. Wiki Loves Food 2021 in India brought many good photographs of Indian cuisine last year. Hope this year, that will happen too. If we get other requests from the community, we will be placing your request with them together in an integrated annual plan of the user group covering other projects and programs too, like last year. -- Bodhisattwa (talk) 08:50, 24 March 2022 (UTC)

Logistic support needed for Wiki exploration programme
[edit]Proposed activities
[edit]It is important that the photographs taken during Wiki Exploration programme of several built heritages reaches a certain quality. The camera I have been using for last two Wiki exploration programme is a entry level camera with old technology which has its limits. The major problem faced usually is sharpness issue, low light problem and lack of dynamic colour range. I have to waste several hours to sharpen the images and work on its colour which still does not gives the desired result. In many places, like interiors of a temple with very low light, I have to use my mobile to get at least some photos for documentation, which is not a desired solution. Thus I require a better updated camera with lens for my exploration programme.
Expected impact
[edit]Improvement of Picture qualities submitted to Wikimedia Commons at least by 60 to 70 percent regarding sharpness, handling low light situation and colour dynamic range.
Estimated budget
[edit]The camera I would prefer to work with for creating more quality images is NIkon Z6-ii with Z 24-120 lens and accessories which would approximately cost Rs 2,00,000
