Planning and preparation of VSN sessions at Wikimania
Idea to host 2 separate session:
First session: Thursday 10 a.m. to 11 a.m., where the WMCon working paper on volunteer support will be discussed: e.g. target of this session is to present results and define next steps and goals
Second session: Thursday in the afternoon - questions-and-hands-on-session (e.g. Volunteer Supporters Consultation Hour)
Answering specific questions and trying to help people in the movement with practical issues. Target group: volunteer supporters, but also volunteers ("practical level")
Call for action
personally invite people to the sessions (until 5/7) and announce meetup on wikimania website
Working Paper first draft until ca. 6.7. (Raimund + Veronika), then discuss it via the mailing list and make changes, then upload it
Veronika will confirm the VSN's participation in the WMCON follow up session to Cornelius; facilitators: Raimund, Andy, Veronika
