Unblock request declined
This blocked user has had their unblock request reviewed by one or more administrators, who has/have reviewed and declined this request. Request reason: I was blocked by user "Alex Shih" on October 7, 2017. I texted Alex Shih many times. But I did not get a positive answer. Years ago when I started using Wikipedia, my cousins also opened an account, we were using the same IP address. I didn't even know what their names were. Then I found out. As a result of their irresponsible behavior (these users "Ayla Mirzezadeh" and "Mr.Memmedov"), my most Wikipedia account was blocked indefinitely. I wrote a message to Alex Shih how many times to unblock my account. But I could not explain my problem. Now, 10 april I created a page on nl.wikipedia, the page I created has also been deleted. I no longer know who to ask for help and how to get unblocked. Please help. I was also prevented for this reason. "Your editing for advertising or promotional purposes has been blocked indefinitely."
