Translation statuses

Oi GTNS! Thanks for your translation work. However, please don't mark things as "published". The "published" status is only used by translation coordinators when they publish a translation at its final destination. If you put the status as "published" when it isn't, we might not see it and it will never get published! :-(

I think the status that you want is "ready" or "done" – these are the ones used when the translation is ready for publishing (it has been proofread/completely translated).
