Doubt's about wikipedia

Sorry if this is an inappropriate way to address you, but now that you have declined my request to unblock the site philatino.com my office is another. I wanted to know if with the blocked site philatino can still write a review about the history of the company without putting the website address or anything for profit (something like this http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cherrystone_Auctions). If I can't, please tell me why Cherrystone could and I don't. Sorry if it offended you with my words, my English is not very good and my only intention is learning to manage in the community of wikipedia. I also wanted to see if it possible to create a description of my personal blog which has nothing to do with philately (cubremisojos.blogspot.com), this is a separate consultation. Hello, of course, you can write an article about this company on Wikipedia. E.g: if you intend to write the article on the English Wikipedia, you might find this links very useful:

sorry for my bad english Dferg; I'm not sure I'm understanding what's happened: i registered, then i've clicked on my meta's user page, wich was the one i was supposing to modify since it not existed; notice: i've not written /wikit2009, but clicked on the red (not-existent) proposal for user-page. But... maybe something's gone wrong? But... if it's only me... sorry , i'm definitely not a vandal! :)

Done - by Maxim. Autoblocks (which is the IP adress of a blocked user) are listed on Special:Ipblocklist with a mask like #1234 and a block summary like "Autoblocked because your IP adress has been recently used by ... the reson given was ....
