Dear JJMC89, I'd have two question. First, does the bot correct templates or edits only in the mainspace? Second, I have problems with correcting PMID links. Would it be possible that the bot replaces them from PMID numbers format to [[PMID:numbers|PMID numbers]]? @Bencemac: It can edit in any namespace. It is currently set to run in 0,6,10,12,14,100 on huwiki. I can change the namespaces or let it run in all namespaces. Yes it can replace PMID magic links with explicit links. If you give me an edit summary that covers both ISBN and PMID replacements, I will add the PMID replacement to the config. — JJMC89 (T·C) 08:03, 26 August 2017 (UTC)

@Bencemac: Certain parts of the wikitext are restricted from replacement to prevent errors.[1] Templates being excluded is the top reason for the remaining pages. I'm now running a modified module that includes replacement in templates. It also includes a special case for |id=ISBN ISBN → |isbn=ISBN in {{cite book}}. — JJMC89 (T·C) 06:00, 1 October 2017 (UTC)
