- Thank you Meta-Wiki Welcome. Kolonel Zeiksnor (talk) 10:44, 26 January 2015 (UTC)
If you want to comment I suggest to do so at Forum de la communauté. Keeping to topic at meta
[edit]Some of your edits at Grants talk:PEG/WM BE/Wiki Loves Art 2016 seem to stray from the topic matter, and turn to personal matters. Please look to keep to the topic matter on that page, and if you wish to have personal discussions then please look to utilise a user's talk page. Consideration of the topic matters and relevance is important at meta. Thanks for your consideration. — billinghurst sDrewth 12:46, 3 June 2015 (UTC)
- Further, on that page you continue to ask questions that seem more like sniping and troublemaking rather than a genuine attempt to ask questions about governance. If you have helpful suggestions then maybe they are worth adding, if you are looking to just continue problematic behaviour wikis then maybe it is time to curb your typing on that page. — billinghurst sDrewth 12:53, 3 June 2015 (UTC)
- Thank you for advice billinghurst sDrewth. As you can see in the discussion I am not responding the several personal attacks. We are guests at Meta wiki and should behave like that. De Kolonel (talk) 18:07, 3 June 2015 (UTC)
Wikimedia wikis are based on language, not based on the location of the user, and open to all useful contributors and contributions, so please stop commentary to the contrary. If you have nothing useful to say, then maybe you should say nothing, rather than snide and gratuitous commentary. — billinghurst sDrewth 06:17, 7 June 2015 (UTC)
- Are you going to apply the same standards for the comment below by DerekvG at https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Grants_talk:PEG/WM_BE/Wiki_Loves_Art_2016#Comments_from_Kolonel_Zeiksnor ?
- Warning : Kolonel Zeiksnor is not a part of the wikipedia community, he has been banned on NL.wikipedia , FR.wikipedia there are files are on meta about his behaviour, heś known for this behaviour since 2005 or 2006, heś a recurring vandal, troller and stalker, he has menaced wikipedians with physical violence and he has made attempts at identity theft. --DerekvG (talk) 20:54, 3 June 2015 (UTC)
- It has nothing to do with the grant discussion. It is also (proven by the checkuser at fr wikipedia) false. I never menaced wikipedians with physical violence nor did I do attempts for identity theft. The file framing me as a recurring vandal, troller and stalker is the pov of one wikimedia admin that did not like criritcal comments about dutch wikimedia. The real argument at that time (7 years ago!) was one of the wikimedia founders requested to blacklist wikisage, everyone that protested against this obvious admin abuse was named a vandal and banned for trolling.
- As you see in the grant discussion I am rarely responding the several personal attacks and staying -as true supporter of A Culture of Kindness- nice and friendly. Please donot call me an idiot again billinghurst. Hope you like my new signature. - de Kolo nel - 11:23, 7 June 2015 (UTC)

Inspire Campaign on content curation & review
[edit]I've recently launched an Inspire Campaign to encourage new ideas focusing on content review and curation in Wikimedia projects. Wikimedia volunteers collaboratively manage vast repositories of knowledge, and we’re looking for your ideas about how to manage that knowledge to make it more meaningful and accessible. We invite you to participate and submit ideas, so please get involved today! The campaign runs until March 28th.
All proposals are welcome - research projects, technical solutions, community organizing and outreach initiatives, or something completely new! Funding is available from the Wikimedia Foundation for projects that need financial support. Constructive feedback on ideas is welcome - your skills and experience can help bring someone else’s project to life. Join us at the Inspire Campaign to improve review and curation tasks so that we can make our content more meaningful and accessible! I JethroBT (WMF) 05:39, 29 February 2016 (UTC)

Through June, we’re organizing an Inspire Campaign to encourage and support new ideas focusing on addressing harassment toward Wikimedia contributors. The 2015 Harassment Survey has shown evidence that harassment in various forms - name calling, threats, discrimination, stalking, and impersonation, among others - is pervasive. Available methods and systems to deal with harassment are also considered to be ineffective. These behaviors are clearly harmful, and in addition, many individuals who experience or witness harassment participate less in Wikimedia projects or stop contributing entirely.
Proposals in any language are welcome during the campaign - research projects, technical solutions, community organizing and outreach initiatives, or something completely new! Funding is available from the Wikimedia Foundation for projects that need financial support. Constructive feedback on ideas is appreciated, and collaboration is encouraged - your skills and experience may help bring someone else’s project to life. Join us at the Inspire Campaign so that we can work together to develop ideas around this important and difficult issue. With thanks,
