Something I forgot to say
[edit]I forgot to tell you (on your Commons talkpage) back in January―I wouldn't describe my en.wikt edits to German entries (specifically to Verfassung and Abfassung) as "completely clueless", as you did in August.
I was thinking along the lines of Dutch nouns like verdrag. (Of course Dutch and German aren't the same language, but they are related, quite unlike the four CJKV languages which are all unrelated to each other.) To me, a "completely clueless" edit would be, eg., claiming that "verdrag" was from "verd" + rag.
(I'm currently blocked from Commons [NOT indefinitely], and even if I weren't, I couldn't raise this issue on your Commons talkpage, since I've been forbidden to speak of Wiktionary things on Commons.)
So long, and thanks for all the criticism! Shāntián Tàiláng (talk) 14:11, 9 May 2023 (UTC)
