Mix'n'match and soweego: call for support
[edit]Dear @Fishantena:
TL;DR:
soweego
catalogs are in Mix'n'match.- Why don't you show your support with a star?
First, thank you for being a Mix'n'match [1] user.
Does the name soweego
ring you a bell?
It's a machine learning system that links Wikidata to large catalogs [2].
It's a close friend of Mix'n'match, which mainly caters for small catalogs.
The latest catalogs uploaded by soweego need some love: why don't you check them out?
If you are a music enthusiast, Discogs and MusicBrainz are what you need: musicians [3], [4], bands [5], [6], and records [7], [8].
Are you passionate about cinema? IMDb is there with actors [9], directors [10], musicians [11], producers [12], writers [13], and movies [14].
I would be really grateful if you could support soweego with a GitHub star:

Best,

Thank you for helping to create the Wikimedia 2030 Movement Strategy Recommendations
[edit]Wikimedia 2030 | ||
Your work to organize the Black Lunch Table strategy salon helped gather important community feedback and perspectives that shaped the Wikimedia 2030 Movement Strategy Recommendations! Thank you very much for everything you've done to create our Movement's future. --KStineRowe (WMF) (talk) 18:46, 22 June 2020 (UTC) |
Hello Jina. My name is Mervat and I assist the Trust and Safety Team to reach out to affiliates to discuss the Code of Conduct. I need to send a survey to the members of the Black Lunch Table Wikimedians user group, hoping that we could get feedback, thoughts and concerns about the UCoC. How do you think is the best way to reach out to the members? I can send to a mailing list, or if you could provide an email of a contact person who can communicate to the member, that would be good too. Your help is appreciated. Thank you. --Mervat (WMF) (talk) 07:17, 12 July 2020 (UTC)
Invite: Anti-surveillance conversation
[edit]Hi Jina, I'm Ziski from the Foundation's Global Advocacy team. I haven't had the pleasure of working with you yet but I'm a big fan of the work you're doing to diversify the knowledge represented across Wiki projects. I wanted to share that our team's monthly conversation hour will focus on privacy, which is also integral to a vibrant movement. You're warmly invited!
The call is on Sept. 24 & 29th and includes speakers like Pepe Flores (WM Mexico). All details including how to add to the agenda can be found on on Meta [1]. Please feel free to share with your network.
Even if you can't make this one, we hope to see you at future calls.
Warmly, Ziski _____ [1] https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Public_policy/Conversation_hours_and_Events#Upcoming_Conversation_Hours ~ FPutz (WMF) (talk) 15:48, 20 September 2022 (UTC)
