West Bengal Wikimedians User Group annual report

Hello, you and @DAlangi (WMF): has sent three messages in total in last two days that our organization is currently past due on its required annual reporting past due in 2023-03-15. On the contrary, we have already submitted the annual activity report on 2023-03-16. But we have been placed under "Report past due" in the Reports portal by you. As far as we understand, our next reporting time is within 2024-03-15 which is two months from now. I have also asked the questions here and pinged you but you didn't respond and sent us another notification. Hello, you have sent two more messages in the talk pages of the user group about the same and we are still under Report past date even after your update by you on the module. Are they part of testing your faulty gadget? Because this constant bombardment of faulty messages are making us anxious even though we are fully compliant. I would suggest to clean up the faulty messages from our talk page, so that there is no false impression about us by outsiders seeing your messages. -- Bodhisattwa (talk) 07:51, 10 January 2024 (UTC)

Hello again, you have sent two more messages for the same faulty warning and have put us in out of compliance level 5. This is not acceptable as we are fully compliant. Please stop your tool if that is not working and resume once its ok to operate. The tone of the messages are very hostile and stressing us out. Can I ask you to guide us in order to go to the correct direction?
