When editing Metawiki, mistakes can happen at any time. It is impossible to be a perfect user.

Mistakes may not be accepted in good faith when:

  • they are intentional
  • they are repeated over a period of time despite other users pointing out similar behavior

On the other hand, mistakes should not be pointed out as a tool to prove that someone else is unqualified to edit an article.

Remember that mistakes need help, not criticism.
