This is the expanded version for my personalized list of the articles that I consider vital to the global Wikipedia community. This list is planned as a complete catalog of every subject for which I believe all Wikipedias should have corresponding high-quality articles. The goal of the list is to represent the most necessary articles on topics spanning many different fields of knowledge and human activity. As it is difficult to compare notability of topics in different fields of knowledge, the list is based on quotas for every topic. This list requires extensive refinement and prioritization on the basis of topic-by-topic analysis.
