Wikistatistics
[edit]I made some scripts that get statistics from Special:Statistics?action=raw pages and output wiki table syntax for lists of Mediawiki Projects like List_of_Wikipedias,List_of_Wikibooks,Wikiquote,Wiktionary with large tables that asked for a bot. I dont automatically post though, i just provide the updated table syntax here:
for Details see User:Mutante/Wikistats and:
Meanwhile this project runs on Wikimedia Labs.
Alternative page title search
[edit]Since we imported our wiki from an old usemod wiki we still had quite a few CamelCase pagenames, and also when changing the LocalSettings to allow case-sensitive pagenames, the chaos grew further. The search function that comes with mediawiki didnt seem to be very good for our purpose of finding page titles with similar names quickly, so i came up with this selfmade page title search. http://s23.org/pagesearch.html You can easily change it to work with your own mediawiki. Notice its made more for wiki admins (when doing maintenance) rather than for the normal wiki user.
Source code can be found here (front) and here (back).
