  • Status: used, contains the dynamic list of the requests generated with DPL feature.
  • Suggestions: it should be updated after having rearranged the other pages. The title is too much similar to translation: we should keep only a kind of portal here, or better, merge it with the Babylon and make a portal/noticeboard. The translation list should, in fact, be moved under Translation requests, after archiving or deleting the actual, deprecated, page.

  • Status: used, useful but short. May need updating.

• Translation requests
  • Use: requests list manually maintained, links for new users.
  • Status: no longer updated, seems to be deprecated and to has been replaced by translations. It's localized in many languages.
  • Suggestions: I think this pages should be orphanized and archived as legacy pages (or deleted). Then we could move the dynamic list under this page.

• Template:Translation requests (and subtemplates)
  • Use: templates manually maintained used by translation requests and similar pages.
  • Status: seems to be deprecated and replaced by the dynamic list.
  • Suggestions: archiviation or deletion. Now it's mostly a source of confusion. Subtemplates like /fromlocalreqs that are still used should be rearranged and moved.

  • Use: service page for the WMFnews translation.
  • Status: used.
  • Suggestions: none.

• Translation requests/Wikimania
  • Use: Wikimania translation service page.
  • Status: used for each edition of WM.
  • Suggestions: none.

  • Status: seems to contain redundant informations, is it used/useful?.
  • Suggestions: I don't understand if it's useful and if we need to keep it.

  • Status: used, useful.
  • Suggestion: none.

  • Use: navigation template for translation pages
  • Status: used on various pages like translation requests and its translations and other pages.
  • Suggestion: it might be restyled and improved, but first we should decide for what we want to use it.

  • Use: requests and information on how to submit a request for fountation-level issues.
  • Status: used.
  • Suggestions: none.

  • Status: draft
  • Suggestions: none. Page not in the scope of this discussion.

  • Official transcom page. Within the Transcom province.

• Meta:Babel
  • Use: discussions about translations.
  • Status: used for discussions.
  • Suggestions: none,

• Meta:Babylon
  • Use: translation noticeboard.
  • Status: contains old and out-of-place stuff, Babylon chat room seems to be a duplicate of Babel. The only thing that seems to be still used is the local requests section.
  • Suggestions: archiving the old stuff. Eliminating the Babylon chat room: we have already Meta:Babel for discussions. Embedding the local requests in the translation requests dedicated page. We can merge the noticeboard with the translation portal (actually translations), after having moved the translation requests list.
