- Inserts profanities in Serbian about the sysops, patrollers, Wikimedia Serbia staff and global users
- Most commonly targeted user being Sadko
- Creates abusive usernames (sometimes targeting other users), based on Ustaše members (Croatian fascists) and in Šatrovački speech
- Some of Velimir's accounts blocked cross-wiki
- May create new accounts to seek various user rights (aka hat collecting)
- Global sysops (and thus by extension, stewards) on sr.wiki are now allowed to act unhindered against LTA Velimir Ivanovic/Kolega2357
- May be imitated on sr.wiki, Meta-Wiki and en.wiki by imitator Nvlado/Vladimir Nimčević
