In fact, Jean Paul HARELIMANA finished Bachelor’s degree in National University of Rwanda, in the faculty of Arts Media and Social sciences (FAMSS), in the Department of Modern Languages, Option of Arts and Publishing.

He has 7 years of experience in teaching languages in secondary school since 2012 until September 2018. In addition to that, He continued my studies and now have a Post Graduate in Education in University of Kigali. He has also Diploma (A1) in Early Grade Reading. I have experience in teaching adult learners and children.

Furthermore, Jean Paul has been Teachers trainer at district and sector levels where I have to train my fellow teachers how to integrate and use English in teaching and learning process. In 2017, I have been selected as TCOP Championship, an event organized by HFI 360. I have been mentor trainer and school based mentor from 2015 until 2018.

He has been Kiswahili examiner in southern province in the program called Carrefour Umurezi. I taught Kiswahili and other related subjects in Languages Combinations and my students succeeded in national examinations. Again, He also has been National trainer (we trained Lower primary teachers to become professional and quailed teachers) where I worked in USAID Soma Umenye Project.

He has different certificates in early childhood education, education, becoming a confident trainer, conflict resolution and many more. I worked in Rwanda Polytechnic where I served as academic librarian from 2018 until January 2021.

He also worked with VSO/BLF as sector learning facilitator where we used to facilitate and train primary teachers in teaching Maths and English professionally. They facilitated also School headmasters and Sector Education officers to fulfil their duties especially in online courses known as Continuous Professional development (CPDs).

He also have been a head-teacher of secondary school. I am currently working in Rwanda Cultural heritage academy, in its unit of National Library and Archives, where I am working as Preservation and Conservation Officer.
