Hello, my name is Jean-René Branaa (aka JR) and I am the engineering manager for the Quality and Test Engineering team at the Wikimedia Foundation.
I've been at the Foundation since 2017, when I started as a Technical Program Manager focusing on Software Quality. In 2019 we collectively decided to form the Quality and Test Engineering team to help bring cohesion and alignment to the Foundation's quality and test engineering practices.
Software Quality and Architecture have been my career focus for over 25 years and I am fortunate to work in an environment that is so responsive to making things better.
