Currently I am working on my final thesis in sociology on the Request for Adminship of the German Wikipedia.

Central question is why users are (not) voted.

For this purpose I will use user variables and relational variables created from the log data. I try to "explain" the voting behaviour of the participating users with a rational choice model.

I have also created a basic GNU R-package to retrieve, analyse and present the according data. I plan to release an anonymized version of the processed german RfA - Dataframe in early 2010 as part of this package.
