Goals and Measures for Evaluation is a guide for individuals, organizations, grantees, or anyone involved in the Wikimedia movement who wants to evaluate their programs. It is a matrix of suggested measures organized by program or program objective. Some of these measures are part of the global metrics — key measures that the Wikimedia Foundation has designated as priorities and have specific methods for measuring them.
