About me
I believe in creating a culture of innovation. I have been a Wikimedia project volunteer for past 4 years. I joined the Wikimedia Foundation because I feel, Wikimedia movement is unique and it has the capability to put positive and sustainable impact among many active minds by sharing open knowledge.

My work
I joined the Wikimedia Foundation in February 2020, as the Universal Code of Conduct facilitator for Odia language. My work focuses on building up and document a network of volunteers from non-English language wikis, and to maintain a meaningful communication from WMF towards them. Monitor Wikimedia projects for discussions of major policy questions, record feedback relevant to the consultation process as well as emerging issues that have an impact on the code of conduct and its implementation, is also an important task for me.

୨୦୨୦ ମସିହା ଫେବୃଆରୀ ମାସରୁ ମୁଁ ଉଇକିମିଡିଆ ଫାଉଣ୍ଡେସନରେ ଓଡିଆ ଭାଷା ପାଇଁ "ୟୁନିଭର୍ସାଲ କୋଡ ଓଫ କଣ୍ଡକ୍ଟ ଫେସିଲିଟେଟର" ଭାବରେ କାମ କରିବା ଆରମ୍ଭ କରିଛି । ଏହି ପ୍ରକଳ୍ପରେ ମତେ ୩ ମାସ ପାଇଁ କାମ କରିବାକୁ ପଡିବ । ଏହି ୩ ମାସରେ ମତେ ଓଡିଆ ଉଇକି ଓ ଓଡିଆ ଉଇକିଆଳି ମାନଙ୍କର ଉନ୍ନତ୍ତି ତଥା ସୁବିଧା ପାଇଁ କିଛି ନିୟମ ତିଆରିବା ପାଇଁ କିଛି ଅନୁଶୀଳନ କରିବାକୁ ହେବ । ଏଇ ପ୍ରକ୍ରିୟାରେ ଉଇକିଆଳି ମାନଙ୍କର ନିଜସ୍ଵ ମତାମତକୁ ପ୍ରାଥମିକତା ଦିଆଯିବା ସହ , ଯଦି କେହି ଉଇକିଆଳି ଚାହାନ୍ତି ତାହାଲେ ସେମାନଙ୍କ ପରିଚୟକୁ ଗୋପନୀୟ ଓ ସୁରକ୍ଷିତ ମଧ୍ୟ ରଖାଯିବ ।
