مقدمة

مسرحية شكوى لمجلس التحكيم بسبب الحذف

سأواصل بتقديم الشكاوي ضده مستخدما كل ما لدي من أدلة و كل ما قام به من أخطاء في السابق حتى ينتهي و يترك الإستفزاز و يعالج كبريائه الجريح (حتى و إن كلفني ذلك عدم إفادة الناس و عدم الكتابة في الموسوعة فعلى ما يبدو هم على أية حال يفضلون مقالات الشيخ قرنبيط و الشيخة لا أعرف ماذا عن مقالات تنفعهم. و أنا لن أضحي بوقتي ليأتي جهلة بعدي و لمجرد التسلية و يقوموا بحذف ما أكتب).

في صفحة نقاش زعيم السفينة كتب :

يمكنني بنفس السهولة أن أعمل موقعا يسهر و يطلب بمقاطعة هذه الأشخاص و الشركات و دعم حملة إعلامية ضدهم لا مشكل في ذلك أبدا

عبرت الزميلة نهى عن شكوكها بغزو دمى جوارب للموسوعة، "كثرت المواضيع المتعلقة بالحاسوب وبنفس طريقة الكتابة وتقريبا الصور مأخوذة من مكان واحد وهذه المواضيع يختلف أسماء كتابها كل لحظة أرجو التحقق من الامر"

ولقد استغربت تعليقك هناك " أن يكون لك أكثر من حساب ليس ممنوع (لكنه غير محبذ و خاصة في موسوعتنا العربية) المهم أنك لا تستعمله بطرق غير شرعية كالتصويت بالحسابات أو الدخول في النقاشات بحسابات مختلفة أو التلاعب بالحسابات لإثارة مشاكل أو للحصول على صلاحيات إدارية أو تأييد ترشيح إداري معين مثلا"

وسألتك "كيف يجب التعامل مع من عدل المقال نفسه من أكثر من حساب؟ أو شارك في نقاش المقال نفسه من أكثر من حساب؟" ولما أسمع جوابك.

ربما تذكر أنك طلبت سحب الصلاحيات الإدارية منك في أغسطس، وأنك أعلنت الانسحاب من الموسوعة، وأن مستخدم:مبتدئ قد تغيب بين 7 أغسطس 2006 وبين 11 ديسمبر 2006.

هل نبههك طراونه لخطورة استعمال الحسابين؟

طبعا كإداري عندها فالمتوقع منك الالتزام بما كتبت في صفحة مستخدم:مبتدئ:

أصرح أني لم و لن أستعمل أي الحسابين في أي وقت من الأوقات للتلاعب بالتصويت في الموسوعة أو التأثير عليها أو على طرائق أخذ القرار في ويكيباديا. كما أصرح أني ألتزم بأخلاقيات العمل الجماعي 

لكن هذا التصريح جاء بعد اكتشاف دمية الجورب محرر فقد تنبه كلاسيك لحسابك الآخر هنا مما جعلك تصرح بأن لديك حساب آخر

هنا ناقشت المقال نفسه باستعمال الحسابين.

وهنا أكدت ظن كاوس الذي قال "مبتديء لم يستخدم حسابه منذ فترة .. أحيانا لدي شك بأنه اتخذ اسم حساب جديد و كانت لدي قناعة بانه لن يدخل بالحساب القديم .." بالرد على زميلك اللدود شافعي.

وطبعا كان لك دور جيد في تأييد كاوس وطراونه والتشجيع على منع شافعي وجعل موقف من طلب التريث ضعيفا

ويا ليتك التزمت بما كتبت في صفحتك "هذا المستخدم يعترف و يحترم أعراف العمل في ويكيباديا"

والكذب ليس جديدا عليك "صار لي بضعة أيام. و لا أصلح بتاتا كإداري :-) محرر 11:42, 6 نوفمبر 2006 (UTC)" وهذا قلته بينما كان مبتدئ إداريا.

في تاريخ ويكيبيديا:تصويت للحذف/مرفت بدوى تتهم شافعي بدمى صنعها كلاسيك، مع أن شافعي في الولايات المتحدة وكلاسيك هو من في كندا. لكن الجميع جهلة أو منافقين لأن الحسابات التالية وغيرها كثير هي لكلاسيك وليس لشافعي.

قام شافعي أو شخص يدعي هويته, بإنشاء صفحة المستخدم الخاصة به وهي نسخة من صفحة شافعي الشخصية قبل المنع الدائم. وقام بتعديل صفحة مبتدئ وصفحة محرر وأضاف قالب دمية جورب مذنب لكلا منها, وعلى هذا قمت بمنعه مدة يوم واحد. المستخدم من الواضح إنشاءه الحساب للتخريب فقط. هل ترون منعه منعا نهائبا على أساس أنه دمية جورب أخرى (بعد إثبات هذا بالطبع بتدقيق المستخدم)؟ --Mido ^{أترك رسالة} 08:26, 25 ديسمبر 2006 (UTC)

أهلا ميدو .. ولماذا لا تعتبره - حساب جديد بديل - من الأخ شافعي بعد أن تم تجميد حسابه الأصلي؟ - ولا شيء في ذلك - أرى أنه يجب معاملة هذا الحساب معاملة الحساب الجديد .. لأن حساب دمية الجورب يقتضي أن يكون هناك حسابان ساريان يستخدمان بالتناوب والتبادل لأغراض التصويت وخلافه .. أما في هذه الحالة يوجد حساب واحد فقط جديد بعد أن تم تجميد الحساب الأصلي .. وأنت قد قمت بمنعه يوماً كاملا جزاء فعلة التخريب .. هذا يكفي تماماً حتى تصدر حوادث جديدة تقضي اتخاذ قرارات جديدة من عدمه والسلام --محمد نبيه 08:40, 25 ديسمبر 2006 (UTC)

Shafei 1 يستخدم آيبي يستخدمه أيضا : Wazup و Dude (دودي طلب مسبقا تدقيق مستخدم بين ماركيز و جاك ) ... من الواضح أن شافعي يعتمد عملية استنساخ لنفسه ... لكن كل هذا بلا جدوى و يورط نفسه أكثر فاكثر . أتمنى من الجميع الاهتمام بموضوع مجلس التحكيم . --كاوس 18:38, 25 ديسمبر 2006 (UTC)

• تعليق: وكأن كاوس لا يعلم أن شافعي ليس في كندا، لكن كلاسيك حبيبه لذا عليه حمايته كما حاول حماية ارام، وهل يصنع الشخص دمية باسمه مع إضافة رقم؟

لكن ما فائدة التدقيق؟ في ويكيبيديا:إداريون/مشاكل/أرشيف 2 يدعي ارام أنه لم يفهم رسالتي، لكن التدقيق أظهر التطابق بينه وبين الكرداوي الذي تابع حروب التحرير بينما كان الحساب الإداري ممنوعا. لكن حفاظا على نتاغم القبيلة العربية ومن مبدأ (حماية أعضاء العصابة لأن كشف أحدها قد يكشفها كلها) فإن مبتدئ يقول:

مرحبا أزدي. لا يحق للإداريين نشر نتيجة التدقيق فذلك اخلال بالقوانين و يمكن في أقصى الحالات في بعض البلدان ألأن يعرض مرتكبه للمسائلة القانونية. طلب التدقيق يجب أن يكون مؤسس على تعليلات قوية حيث أن مجرد الشك غير كافي عادة للقيام بذلك. في حالة تقديمك تعليلا تراه قويا للتدقيق فإنه يمكن عمل التدقيق و يمكنك أن تعرف أن نتيجته كانت ظهور تلاعب حين يقوم المدقق بوقف المتلاعب في حين أنه إذا لم يقم بشيء من ذلك فذلك يعني أن نتيجة التدقيق كانت سلبية. لا يمكن طلب نشر نتيجة التدقيق أي الآيبيات و الحسابات إلخ... إذا كنت لا تثق بالمدققين يمكنك توجيه رسالة إلى الميدويكي و هم يمكنهم أن يعلموك إن كان صار تدقيق أم لا. أرجوا أن أكون ساعدتك في الأمر و تحياتي مبتدئ 17:25, 17 فبراير 2007 (UTC)

Forbidden uses of sock puppets

Voting and other shows of support

Wikipedia uses a "one person, one vote" principle for all votes and similar discussions where individual preferences are counted in any fashion (vote fraud). Accordingly, sock puppets may not be used to give the impression of more support for a viewpoint. This includes voting multiple times in any election, or using more than one account in discussions such as Wikipedia:Deletion debates, Wikipedia:Requests for adminship, or on talk pages.

In addition to double-voting, sock puppets should not be used for the purpose of deception, distraction, or to create the illusion of broader support for a position than actually exists.

"Good hand, bad hand" accounts

The use of alternate accounts for deliberate policy violations is specifically proscribed:

• All users, but especially admins and potential admin candidates, are proscribed from operating a "bad hand" account for the purpose of policy violations or disruption.
• Admins are also proscribed from operating a "bad hand" account for the purpose of engaging in editing disputes while at the same time appearing to be a neutral admin dealing with page protection or Three Revert Rule (3RR) issues on the same articles. Cases that come to light have resulted in loss of adminship.

Circumventing policy

Policies apply per person, not per account. Policies such as 3RR are for each person's edits. Using a second account for policy violations will cause any penalties to be applied to your main account. Users who are banned or blocked from editing may not use sock puppets to circumvent this. Evading a block or ban causes the timer on the block to restart, and may further lengthen it.

Administrative sock puppets

The community has strongly rejected users having more than one username with admin powers. If you leave, come back under a new name and are nominated for adminship, it is expected that you will give up admin powers on your old account. (You may do this quietly with your old account and not have to show a link between accounts.) You should have only one account with powers greater than those of a regular editor. The only user known to have a secondary account with legitimate administrative powers was Dannyisme, which Danny used for Foundation work, but Danny resigned in March 2007.[2]

Meatpuppets

A related issue occurs when multiple individuals create brand new accounts specifically to participate in, or influence, a particular vote or area of discussion. This is common in deletion discussions or controversial articles. These newly created accounts, or anonymous edits, may be friends of another editor, may be related in some way to the subject of an article under discussion, or may have been solicited by someone to support a specific angle in a debate. Wikipedians also call such user accounts single-purpose accounts, because whereas committed Wikipedians are usually active on a range of articles, and their aim is to see a balanced growth in articles and in the encyclopedia as a whole, single-purpose accounts come to Wikipedia with one agenda.

These accounts are often described as "meatpuppets", a name perhaps inspired by the band of the same name. They are often difficult to distinguish from real sock puppets and are treated similarly. Neither a sock puppet nor a single-purpose account holder is regarded as a member of the Wikipedia community. The Arbitration Committee has ruled that, for the purpose of dispute resolution, when there is uncertainty whether a party is one user with sock puppets, or several users acting as meatpuppets, they may be treated as one individual.

When questions arise

In some cases it may not be completely clear whether an account is a sock puppet, as the purpose is usually to avoid detection. Similarities in interests and editing style can be noted, but not everyone may be familiar enough with the user to understand the evidence.

If it appears that sock puppets are being used as part of an edit war or to distort the outcome of a vote or survey, one possible rule of thumb is the so-called 100-edit rule. This suggests that any account which already has more than 100 edits across a range of other articles, or has been active more generally on Wikipedia, can often be presumed not to be a sock puppet. If there are unusually many accounts with few edits participating, you may want to check if they are sock puppets, by looking at IP addresses or times that edits were made. However, simply having made few edits is not evidence of sock puppetry on its own, and if you call a new user a sock puppet without justification, he or she will probably be insulted and get a negative impression of Wikipedia.

Keep in mind there can be multiple users who are driven to start participating in Wikipedia for the same reason, particularly in controversial areas such as articles about the conflict in the Middle East, cult figures, or Articles for deletion. Some have suggested applying the 100-edit guideline more strongly in such cases, assuming that all accounts with fewer than 100 edits are sock puppets. Generally, such beliefs have been shown to be not well-founded.

Where it is unclear whether or not sock puppetry is in progress, server log information can be consulted. To comply with Wikimedia Foundation privacy policy, this is limited to a handful of users and only done in serious cases, with reasonable cause, to check if user A is the same as user B based upon some evidence. "Fishing" – or general trawling of users in a debate for possible sockpuppets – is not supported and requests for such checks are unlikely to be agreed to. Requests may be made at Request for CheckUser.

If you have been accused incorrectly of being a sock puppet, don't take it too personally. New users are unknown quantities. Stay around a while and make good edits, and your record will speak for itself. That is generally the only way to really prove you are not anyone's puppet, even CheckUser cannot give anything beyond a negative confirmation and won't be run in that case anyway.
