I am an editor in Hebrew Wikipedia since late 2021.

My professional background is Biblical Archaeology and History; I received PhD in this discipline, made research and taught it in some leading universities in Israel and abroad. Later I moved to the High-tech industry, and joined Intel corporation as a senior technical leader.

I wrote and significantly enlarged 40 articles for the Hebrew Wikipedia: 22 new articles, some of them quite large and essentials in my field, and significantly enlarged another 18 articles. Most of these articles are in my discipline, but also in literature, dance, history of Israel independence war, etc.

I am considered in the Hebrew Wikipedia as a specialist in my professional field, probably the only academic professional in this field. I am frequently asked about issues related to it, and contributed to discussions and to the shape of final versions of many articles.

All in all I have more than 6,000 editings in my record during these 3 years of activity in the Hebrew Wikipedia (last updated Jan 6, 2025).
