Add topicA template can contain part of the wikitext of a table.

Directly putting a conditional row in a table does not work, the first pipe for the table is interpreted as separating the then- and else-part, so the then part is empty and the else-part is the content of the first cell in the conditional row; this else part is put outside the table:
