6 weeks are returned even the month only contains 5 weeks

I noen tilfeller returneres 6 uker selv om måneden kun har 5 uker

For example will december 2008 show the same week twice (last two lines)

"{{Weekdate|2008|12|31}}" gives "2009-W01-3" [1]
