Parameters

Status

	→	Status: In progress
done	→	Status: Done
not done	→	Status: Not done
cannot	→	Status: Cannot be undertaken
local	→	Status: Locally handled
temp	→	Status: In progress
on hold	→	Status: On hold
withdrawn	→	Status: Withdrawn
redundant	→	Status: Redundant
review=yes	→	Categorizes into Category:Requests for review

Domain

Whichever domain the problem concerns (e.g. global).

Oldname and Newname

Where to put your current username, "Urmila Kanitkar", and your requested username, "Urmila Kanetkar".

Reason

Put your reason why you want a username change.
