  • Wikimedia Statistics can be difficult to interpret. What is your impression, how many steady contributors do you have?
  1. Although there are given 80 users as active, in my observation there are 6 or 7 users (including Bayastan, Talant, Aybek, Aiyana) actively contribute to Kywiki. But the names of the contributors changes, some goes some comes Janabaevazizbek (talk) 18:36, 11 March 2025 (UTC)[reply]
  • Are your contributors mostly native speakers?
  1. Most people's native language is Kyrgyz. I think almost %95 of the contributors are speaking Kyrgyz natively. But also there are a few user which the Kyrgyz language is second language for them (for example, me). We greet almost everyone who is new to the Kyrgyz Wikipedia with the {{hello}} template.   • Where do your contributors live (regions/country)?

  • How common is it that your contributors meet in real life?
  1. Kyrgyz Wikipedians usually meet at seminars on Wikipedia. And now telegram is an only source we keep in touch frequently. Janabaevazizbek (talk) 18:36, 11 March 2025 (UTC)[reply]

  • Do you have special contacts with other Wikipedias (maybe in related languages)?
  1. Some of our users also contribute in other Turkic language Wikideias such as kk, uz, tr.

  • Do you translate a lot from other Wikipedias? Which ones?

  • Did your edition enjoy text donations, for example from older encyclopedias?
  1. First, “Кыргызсstan”. Улуттук энциклопедия. Мамлекеттик тил жана энциклопедия борбору, 2006-2015. ISBN 9967—14— 046—1 encyclopedia exists and this encyclopedia has been transferred to Kyrgyz Wikipedia. Janabaevazizbek (talk) 18:36, 11 March 2025 (UTC)[reply]
