Talk:Wikumentary

I think the ideas of wikifilm and wikimentary have so far been developed in relation to video projects: either by giving multiple users the ability to contribute content later edited by one person OR by making source material available to multiple editors (see [1] for more discussion).

However, I think this sells short the possibilities of combining wikis and documentaries - it can be much more collaborative than either of those two possibilities. I suggest reserving the term 'wikumentary' for online documentary projects that preserve collaborative input at every level.
