Co-ordinator for 1st Santali Online wikitionary edit-athon

Hello ! A suggestion was made by the Aryan Murmu to conduct a on-line-editathon and there after I proposed the event in our messenger group. Looking all your positive response I created the event page. Now in order to make it more organise i need just some volunteer to be coordinator for the event. As our tradition it will be rational if we will have one one co-ordiantor from India , Bangaldesh and Nepal and at least one female contributor. In order to organize two hours of Santali Wiktionary on-line-editathon, I hereby suggest Subash Murmu from Bangladesh, Shibu Murmu from Nepal and Mrs Maina Tudu from India to coordinate the whole program. ARYAN MURMU (talk) 06:53, 24 April 2021 (UTC)

Initiation of discussion for Wikimedian of the month for Santali Wikimedian

Hii All native Santali speakers Wikimedians..!!

Continuation to our earlier discussion. I remind and share here the proposal for initiation of Process for selection of Wikimedian of the month for our community. The Wikimedians of the month will be selected considering overall contribution in 4 Wikimedia Projects.

I proposes following criteria while selecting a Wikimedians for the month.

1) Wikimedians will be selected who ever have contributed actively in Wikipedia, Wiki Commons, Wikitionary, Wikidata

2) Wikimedians should have minimum 4 articles in a month in wikipedia of 300 words in each article or genuine expansion or edit of 1200 words in at least 2 or more existing article. Expansion or edit in single article will not be eligible.

3) Wikimedians should have minimum 5 contributions in Commons, Wikidata and 5 edit or contributions in Wikitionary.

To process the above task I proposes the user Manik Soren , Maina Tudu, Fagu Baskey and Shibu Murmu as the jury for next 1 year.For the month of November as the criteria was not set the jury may choose collectively appropriate Wikimedians as Wikimedians of the month considering the overall contributions.
