I think this resolution needs more text. Like the names of the 3 regular members that comprise the Bikol Community (under a WHEREAS statement). And we can also add provisions recognizing the already-funded items as being subsumed into the Philippine Community framework. --seav (talk) 16:18, 18 April 2012 (UTC)

New Wording

WHEREAS, the following regular members of Wikimedia Philippines (WMPH) seek to have a formal group within the framework of the Chapter to promote and develop Wikimedia projects in the native languages of the Bicol Region:

Gil L. Gregorio,

Jenzenn P. Marquez,

Ramon O. Olano, Jr.,

Irvin P. Sto. Tomas;

NOW THEREFORE, it is hereby RESOLVED, in compliance to Board Resolution 30, that the formal group, hereby named the Bikol Community, is officially recognized as a Philippine Wikimedia Community to promote Wikimedia projects in the native languages of the Bicol Region;

RESOLVED FURTHER, that the amount of Sixteen Thousand Pesos (₱16,000.00) is hereby appropriated out of the Microgrants Fund of the Chapter for the projects of the Bikol Community for the year.

Kindly dispense for now the resolution numbering, you know the consequence we've had when the Board stayed its decision to have the date of the last AGM "decided" in July, we were slapped by a ₱5,000 penalty by the SEC, hence to avoid it Jojit had an "April" board decision submitted.-- Namayan 16:19, 25 April 2012 (UTC)
