"which may be asked" might be safer. Tony (talk) 02:58, 6 July 2013 (UTC)
- replacing "which may be asked" by "at least one of wil be asked" might invite more volunteers to submit a question. Ad Huikeshoven (talk) 19:57, 12 July 2013 (UTC)
- I hope the recruitment committee feels emboldened to choose from these questions, not obligated to ask them all. The questions vary enormously in theme and scope ("How tolerant will you be on project failures?"—what does it mean?), and I believe are not all appropriate for a strategic interview. Many of the questions are too wide-ranging, I think; for example, "What are your views on the FDC process?" could be made into a tough, specific question about whether the FDC stands at the interface of several competing forces (you'd have to specify some). The questions need to be tough, and rationed to those that will expose organisational and personal skills. Tony (talk) 11:40, 18 August 2013 (UTC)
