Thanks for all your thoughtful work during this difficult time. I do want to make sure we capture that staff such as team leads and middle management should have the opportunity to participate in that plan, providing institutional memory and expertise about working in the Wikimedia environment and with our community and users, and their expectations about values and open transparent communication. brion (talk) 18:59, 25 February 2016 (UTC)

I'm sorry. Maybe I'm missing something, but why ask for limiting the input to team leads and middle management? Why not just say "staff"? --Halfak (WMF) (talk) 21:44, 25 February 2016 (UTC)
