It would be useful to share the process for the "thorough review". Do you have a manual or something? In particular, it's important to look at different cultures and languages, to make sure you're going beyond the glass ceilings and filter bubbles. Process roles

The wikimedia-l update mentions User:JWeinberg (WMF) is involved as Chief of Staff (but his user page says Stuff). I think the community was never introduced to the role nor to the person; it may be useful to clarify. --Nemo 15:43, 25 May 2018 (UTC)
