Thanks again for this report! On this point: one possibility is that the external advisors can write down questions beforehand and let the others ask them. Did they (or their suggestions) have a role in the phase "create and agree on a guideline within the group"? --Nemo 09:18, 22 August 2015 (UTC)
- Hi Nemo, thanks for your question. The external advisors had some comments about the prepared questions, but it was not a strong role – e. g. they neither did suggest any own questions to ask nor were an important part of the question-creation-process. I agree that a stronger role of the advisors at this stage might be a good way to solve the "external advisors in the interview"-issue. Best, --Tim Moritz 11:09, 1 September 2015 (UTC)
