What's next?

Thanks to everyone who signed up for being on the team! We have a very comprehensive group here and I am very much looking forward to working with you. I am in touch with a potential facilitator who could walk us through the whole process, starting as of now until 3 or even 6 months after the conference, to ensure the connection to future events. I have asked her to outline the steps of the process for us and make a suggestion on how we can kick-off the team work. Of course, this will not be set in stone but a first draft to be discussed and agreed upon among us.
