Incorporation suggestions

Hi - I've got some suggestions for these tasks.

'First tasks'

1. For the bank account I suggest NAB's Community Fee Saver account. It comes with no fees for non-profit organisations (that's us!). Here's the media release and fee schedule for that one.[1]
2. I suggest a private mailing list for committee members and clerks (like the ArbCom one).
3. I suggest a public mailing list for members.
4. I suggest that because Wikimedia's an online thing where you don't have to disclose any information only an address/email address should be required as a condition of signup.
