Utilization of Remaining Funds

Hi Wikimedia TN,

Thank you for your report and supporting Wikimania 2022.

As are pleased to approve your request (via email) on the utilisation of the remaining funds- TND 2613.407 ($810,16) for a future community meet up connected with Wikimania 2023.

Once the expenses are incurred, please add a simple financial report here for documentation and records.

Noting here that remaining funds may be allocated to an open grant request, if approved for funding Grants:Programs/Wikimedia Community Fund/Conference Fund/Wikidata Arabic Community Meetup. Update: The Grants:Programs/Wikimedia Community Fund/Conference Fund/Wikidata Arabic Community Meetup grant request was not funded. So the unused funds (TND 2613.407) remains unspent. Keeping in line with RASharma (WMF)'s previous instructions, these funds may be used for Wikimania 2024 expenses, if needed.
