Questions from Wikimania COT Grant Team

Hi Mrbobax and Ndahiro derrick! Thanks for submitting your application and for planning your event. We are reviewing your application within the Wikimania COT Grant Team, and we have a few questions we wanted to ask:

• We kindly ask you to fill out the "Outcomes" section in your application. How many people will participate in your in-person events? How many people will join online? How many people will receive childcare support? (We understand you might not be able to have precise numbers now, it's okay to give approximate informed estimates).
• What is your approach to translation? Which language(s) will you translate to? How will you choose which sessions to translate? Will you only use synchronous interpretation for local event participants, or will you pre-record translations to publish them afterwards?

Hello User:Aced Thanks for a timely feedback

1.We intend to have 50 people onsite and 28 people joining virtually

2.We intend to provide childcare support to 4 mothers.

3.Our approach to translation will be having a translator onsite translating from English to Kinyarwanda, THE CHOICE OF SESSIONS TO BE TRANSLATED WILL BE DONE BY ONSITE PARTICIPANTS?. Ndahiro derrick (talk) 14:29, 14 June 2022 (UTC)
