Articles below 3K bytes

Hello @Camelia.boban. Does it count if the article is about para athlete, female etc but below the 3,000 bytes? Can we still include them as part of the entries cos most of the articles I come across are below 3000 bytes? Thanks DaSupremo (talk) 21:15, 19 July 2024 (UTC)

Hi @DaSupremo, one of the first rules is To be considered valid, the articles created must have at least 3000 bytes. Is a rule written from the begining (2019) that avoids an issue we always had to deal with (and it is one of the situations that communities complain about every time a contest is organized): stub creation just to earn points, but which does little to help the encyclopedia and creates additional work for those who will have to arrive later to tidy up.
