Greasemonkey script for OTRS
I'm mentioning this here since, OTRS redirects here. If you have Greasemonkey, you can use this script to move messages to the junk queue. It will display a "junk" link near the top of the page. This is easier than scrolling to the end of the email, selecting the "junk" option on the form and clicking move, and it means you can choose to open the link in a new window or tab if you prefer. It works if you're zoomed in on a ticket since the TicketID needs to be the last thing in the URL. It can be easily adapted to move tickets between different queues. Angela 04:49, 27 July 2005 (UTC)
