I think I got it now, thank you Dušan. You’re weighting the absolute counts of each wiki’s voters by their share of all voters’ contributions. For example, de.wikipedia is on 2nd place by crude number of voters, but 8th by its weighted number. MBq (talk) 20:15, 22 March 2022 (UTC)

I have the new algorithm calculate the values of "People – contributes" and the good study page. The results are different now.
